We store files that you upload, download, and access by using our Service.

When you use our Service we automatically record Information from your device, it's software, and your activity. This Information may include your IP Address, browser type, Information you search for on our web site, date and time stamps associated with transactions, metadata concerning your content, and other interactions with our Service as we deem necessary to provide our Service to you.

Cookies

We use cookies to collect Information and improve our Service. We may use "persistent cookies" to save your registration ID and sign in credentials for future access. We may use "session ID cookies" to enable certain features, to better understand how you interact with the Service and to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing. How We Use Information

If you are accessing with a device that permits location-based Information, be aware that your provider may be tracking your use of our Service. We do not track your location at any time.

Communications

Our official communication method is by email and support ticket ONLY.

We will never send any communications requesting any Information from you, EVER. If you receive communications that ask for Information, you'll do best to disregard it.

Transaction Communications - These communications are sent when you transact with us or when a buyer transacts with you. We also consider payment updates, reminders, system notifications, alerts and support communications to be transaction communications. As such, you will not be able to opt-out/unsubscribe from these emails.

Marketing Communications - Occasionally we will send you marketing emails. These communications provide an opt-out/unsubscribe method. If you wish to opt out of these types of communications know that you may not be able to learn about Services that will benefit you.

Communications with Buyers - We send buyers system generated transaction emails (confirmations and notifications) only.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will not sell your Information to Third Parties.

We will display Information that you post to your store settings. Any Information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want others to know about you. We advise that you carefully consider what Information you choose to post. You can review and revise this Information at any time within the Seller Dashboard.

We will provide your store Information to buyers via confirmation pages and transactional email confirmations. We are not responsible for how this Information is used or who may view it.

We may share your Information with Third Party Application(s) that you have chosen to use within our Service. By using these Third Party Applications you consent to Information being shared and disclosed with said Third Party (for example... you choose to use Authorize.net as your payment provider to accept and make payments. We are not responsible for what Authorize.net does with your Information.) We advise that you make sure you trust the Third Party and that it has policies that are acceptable to you.

We may use certain trusted Third Party Companies and individuals to help us provide, analyze, and improve our Service. These Third Parties may have access to your Information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf and under obligations in this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose Information when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law (regulation or compulsory legal request), protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury, prevent fraud or abuse of our users and Service, to protect our property rights.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale, your Information may be transferred as a part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in control or use of your Information.

We may disclose certain non-private aggregate Information such as usage statistics about our Service.

Data Retention

We will retain your Information during use of our Service and up to 90 days after account termination. We will always and forever keep the base Information that was used to create your account, which includes your first name, last name and email address. We do this to permit you to come back in the future and re-open your account.

We offer the ability to get involved with trusted vendors such as Payment Processors, Email Marketing Providers, and the like. If you choose to become involved with those Third Parties through our Service you do so at your own risk. Third Party Service Providers privacy practices may differ from our privacy practices. Updating Your Information

You may review and update your Information at any time by signing in to the Seller Dashboard and updating your profile. You may also delete your content and settings at any time.

Usage by Persons Under 18

Our Service is not for use by persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Information from persons under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a person under 18 that they care for has provided us with Information without consent please contact us. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us Information, we will take the steps to delete such Information from our system.

Modifications to our Privacy Policy
