Is Subscriptions Only PCI Compliant and Secure?
Yes, we are PCI Compliant and when processing credit card payments we process via secure HTTPS
256bit encryption (SSL).
Is there a contract?
No, Subscriptions Only is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.
You can cancel whenever you want.
How does the Free Trial work?
After sign up use the system in Sandbox Mode until you're ready to go live. When
you're ready, create a payment profile, then billing starts. There are NO time limits, but Free
Trials are for Premium and Enterprise Service Plans only.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrading and downgrading within the Premium and Enterprise Service Plans can be done at
any time.
Our White Label Service Plan requires manual activation and set up.
What is your Refund Policy?
We do not offer refunds for our Service Plans, but we do offer refunds on our
revenue/transaction fees if the subscription is refunded.
When is phone support available?
Our U.S. Based Phone Support is available Monday through Friday between 10am and 6pm. Saturday
we're available between 10am and 2pm. All times are eastern. Our support ticket system is
monitored 24/7/365 with same day responses.
What is the break down of fees for using the SO Platform?
We charge a monthly service fee ($49, $99, $149) and 1.25% of revenue and .10 cents per
transaction. Your merchant account provider (Stripe for example) will charge 2.9% of revenue
and .30 cents per transaction. If choosing our White Label Service Plan we charge a set up fee
and
customization fees. There are no other fees.
How do I cancel service?
Although we don't want to see any customer cancel, we understand. When submitting a support
ticket through the seller dashboard choose Cancel Service. Once submitted, the account will be
canceled, all content/data will be purged, and billing (if applicable) will cease.
Who owns my data?
You own all of your data including subscriber, order and product data.
Can I send marketing emails?
No, but our platform is integrated with MailChimp, Constant Contact and AWeber. These
vendors/services are exclusively for email marketing.
