Flexible Billing Cycles
We know that flexibility is key to being successful and profitable, that's why our platform allows you to create Custom Billing Cycles in addition to our standard billing cycles (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannually, Annually). We even let you control the number of billing cycles. Plus, if you decide to phase out a subscription we have controls that allow you to do that.
Multiple Collection Methods
We offer two methods of collecting payments from subscribers, they include Auto Renew and Invoice Me (Manual Online Billing). While Automated renewals are pretty straight forward, our Invoice Me (Manual Online Billing) is where your subscribers are sent an invoice prior to renewal and a unique link to pay for the renewal.
This easy to configure feature allows you to stay in the know about Sales, Subscriptions, Renewal Revenue, Refunds, and Renewal Failures by setting up alerts.
You can also designate the time period, frequency, and who gets notified.

Our main goal is to minimize churn, retain subscribers and get you paid.
When the subscriber card on file can't be charged, our Dunning Algorithm Policies kick into gear and re-try the transaction until all attempts have been exhausted. Our system monitors for the following notifications from merchant banks.
We also monitor and respond to Payment Gateway Issues: Try Again Errors, Gateway Unavailable Errors and Communication Errors.
Automated Dunning Communications
We've completely automated communications too. Retention is our main goal so each time a transaction fails we keep the subscriber up to date with emails. Our emails are direct and provide the subscriber a link to renew.
Communication with subscribers is essential for the success of your subscription business and sending email is a lot harder than you would think! When sending bulk email it gets complex and quick, especially when it comes to deliverability (getting the email in front of the recipients).
Our transaction email platform is built upon Amazon's Simple Email Services (SES). It's efficient, fast and works behind the scenes sending out over a dozen subscription specific emails.
